👩 Who is the speaker? Christian Kuhn, UX principle consultant for UX and HAX (Human AI Experience). Winner International UX Product Award 2020

For over two decades, I've been driven by the question: "How is technology shaping user needs, expectations, and experiences?" The insights gained from this exploration have formed the bedrock of my work as a UX practitioner, speaker, author, and trainer, influencing countless digital projects, workshops, and lectures across Europe and Japan.

My journey of building 7 companies over 15 years, leading teams of 40+ employees in two countries, has been my most profound education. Through hard-won successes and humbling painful failures, I've learned firsthand the indispensable value of leadership skills and the power of cultivating a deeply empathetic, human-centered company and team culture. This invaluable experience has shaped me into the UX principle consultant and mentor I am today.
